"I have been training with Ajay now for nearly 2 years. At the beginning I weighed 105kg, and now I am at 90kg. I went with him with one goal in mind; getting fit for the Royal Marines.
Ajay gave me tailored exercise plans, the first was weight loss, then the next was muscle gain using body weight exercises which have helped massively. I went to him with a basic understanding of knowing what to do, but he has helped me to further my knowledge of everything.
I have one PT session a week with Ajay, which we are now doing the basics of boxing. This is a great way to still keep fit with all my other training whilst not getting no bored.
If anyone is thinking about getting a PT, I couldn’t recommend Ajay enough. He’s friendly and you won’t feel intimidated like in some places. He’s only a message away if you have any questions to ask him."

"AJ is awesome! He teaches me how to eat healthier and how to look at the labels to find out how healthy foods are when I'm shopping. He has taught me the importance of protein for staying healthy. When we are exercising, he helps me with how to use the gym equipment, go swimming and muscle building routines that help me stay healthy. He sets me challenges and we have competitions to try and beat each other which help me feel great about exercising. When I am working out I always work up more sweat which means I am burning off the calories!"
