Reducing body fat is what most people want to achieve, fat loss is more specific than weight loss. We can lose body fat by reducing calories similar to weight loss, but the quality of food we consume for fat loss is more important.
We need to be more specific about our macronutrient intake, i.e protein intake. Fat loss cannot be achieved alone by a diet, a tailored exercise programme is required to build and preserve muscle.
Most instances of weight loss arise due to the loss of body fat as we do not want to deplete any muscle.

No, if you train with me you will not need a gym membership, however if you want to use the gym on your own time you will need one.
It all depends on your specific goal, availability, budget, time frames etc. Contact me to book a FREE consultation and we can discuss your options.
The average amount is £30-£40 an hour of personal training only. My plans cover: exercise programming, progress tracking, nutrition monitoring, weekly check-ins, support and guidance. It’s the best service you can receive that keeps you accountable in the gym and also outside the gym. That’s the main difference between Ajay B Fitness and your normal PT in the commercial gym. Our pricing is very affordable for the service you are receiving.
Keep it simple. Wear something that you feel comfortable in, that allows freedom of movement.
I’ve heard people say “I’m not fit enough to do Personal Training”. It’s a common misconception which really surprised me. The reality is I’m not going to shout “drop down and give me 20” like a Military Officer. You can find another PT if that’s what you’re after. Instead my philosophy is to train smarter, not harder.
